DIVA WISDOM – FIND YOUR VOICE, ROCK YOUR WORLD AND PASS IT ON!

This is a call from the heart to implore women everywhere to recognise what they need to do to step up and shine, in order to be the real role models our young girls need right now. The teen crisis we find ourselves in is well documented with self harming, eating disorders, STDs, rape and depression on the increase, add to this low confidence and aspirations, little emotional resilience and body hatred at an all time high and you start to get a feel for the challenging landscape. Jane believes we all play a part in disempowering the next generation and it is time we stepped up. Through sharing her own courageous story and life lessons; to commenting on the state of feminism and misogyny; female entrepreneurship and the lack of parity at the top. Jane pulls no punches and her material is clear and well researched. Her conversational style and critique on the female agenda today is a breath of fresh air.

Jane is an audacious commentator and lives up to her Diva persona. The message here is you are already enough, but until we own this and embrace authenticity, we cannot expect our teenage girls to give up life as a Barbie doll anytime soon. They may not be listening to what we say, but you better believe they are watching what we do.

SUPERWOMAN – HER SELL BY DATE HAS EXPIRED – TIME TO SHOW LITTLE MISS PERFECT THE DOOR!

  • Controlling Everything Doesn’t Give You Power.

  • It Gives You A Blinding Headache.

  • Time To Let Superwoman Go…

Superwoman is alive and well and strutting around in her stilettos, sabotaging your right to an imperfect life. She is feeding your insecurities, she is damaging your self belief, she is sabotaging your businesses, your careers and your relationships and she is NOT a great life model to pass on to our daughters.

She is what happens when we buy into the modern myth of ‘having it all’ and she has to go!

She empowers us to stay small; shop for things we don’t need; obsess over eternal youth and multi task within an inch of emotional exhaustion on a daily basis.

There is a better place to live. One where your authentic soul is nurtured, your vulnerability is nourished and you are allowed to be you. Controlling everything does not give you power, it gives you a blinding headache! We need to learn to let go, say no, accept help, stop controlling everything, recognise the power of vulnerability and stop beating ourselves up for failing to hit perfect 24/7.

This book uncovers how superwoman is showing up in your professional life, your business, your marriage, in your role as a mother, in your attraction strategy and in your identity. It is a call out to women everywhere to be kinder to each other and ourselves as we step up to reclaim our feminine souls.

Amazon Reviews for Diva Wisdom

When you’re feeling even slightly inadequate and licking your wounds, this is the book to get hold of. A must-have for the coffee table and to pass around your girlfriends - in the hope of getting it back! I loved the honesty and straight-forward talking of Jane ‘Diva’Kenyon. Her words gave me courage and made me feel I was not alone and that girl power really is alive and kicking.

Couldn't put the book down, if this doesn't inspire you to take action to support our daughters, nothing will!

A book that had to be written. A must read for anyone who has daughters or works with young girls. Since I bought the book I have not been able to put it down. We need to take responsibility for what is happening to our daughters and to the young girls out there. Although the book has a serious message it is written in a humorous and positive style, easy to read and very hard to put down. Inspirational, funny, enlightening and life-changing. What I love more than anything is the author's authenticity and can do attitude.

Jane has used her challenging life experiences to write a marvellous book which is totally relevant to women of all ages. It's an easy read - a page-turner in fact - and not at all preachy. Jane tells it like it is - her message is loud and clear, and from the heart. She totally understands the challenges being faced today by teenaged girls, right through to women in business/the boardroom. Her hard-hitting message is never less than completely authentic, but her style is warm and funny and always entertaining. I thoroughly enjoyed this inspiring read, and made sure my two daughters read it too.

Amazon Reviews for Superwoman

A fantastic book. Easy to read, funny, warm and insightful. It makes you realise that we're not on our own, and it permits us to think and behave differently!!

I read most chapters of this book about 3 times - first for me, then to my husband and then to my daughters!! I could not help but share it as I went along as I found it extremely interesting and could identify with so much of the content. They all laughed at chapter 4 - super wife, saying "had Jane been living at our house" - how could she know me so well !!! It definitely made me realise how I need to change. This book was a wonderful read which certainly shone a light on where we need to be heading as women in the modern world, women are often juggling with too much and certainly need to take a step back and dump the superwoman Cape. Thanks Jane for a wonderful read, not just from me but my whole family - they will relieved for me to stop being super wife.

I wasn't sure if this book would be for me, as I don't have children or a relationship to juggle priorities around, but I really enjoyed it and have recommended it to some friends. I loved Jane's down to earth and engaging writing style and I found I could identify completely with what she was saying. It made me look at my experiences in a different light. In particular, I realised that an unhappy corporate experience was rooted in a clash of male v female energies, which I'd always put down to me not being up to the task. If only I'd had the book then, I'd have felt more in control of the situation. But at least now I can stop beating myself up about it and move on. Thanks Jane!
