Getting to Know Jane

Jane is a memorable character ‘once met, never forgotten’.  When it comes to her passion to empower women she is an audacious commentator, does not shy away from controversy and certainly lives up to her Diva persona. Having spent the past 25 years working exclusively with women and young girls her voice has credibility and validity and her passion to make a difference is palpable.

She is warm, real and authentic, with bucketloads of self-belief, resilience and wit and as a speaker her stage presence is awesome. She can transfer this self-belief to others and has the ability to switch the lights on and create aha moments for everyone she meets. If you want to lead an outstanding life she is definitely someone you want in your peer group.

Jane was brought up in a wealthy, middle class family, educated in the private and state sector, the middle child of a self made millionaire. Jane’s early years were a combination of privilege and strife as she struggled to understand family dysfunction and ended up alone and broke at 16. For the next 10 years she climbed the corporate ladder and studied to arrive at a Directorship in a multi-national training business with a degree, post graduate diplomas and an MBA and enough work stress to sink the titanic plus a shed load of debt , the parting gift from a long term relationship gone wrong. Age 28 she set up her first business in the profession she knew well, marketing and the next phase began. By 35, after several successful and failed ventures she hit entrepreneurial burnout and the soul searching for meaning and purpose began. After meeting the man of her dreams she discovered personal development and immersed herself in learning and retraining as a coach and the rest is history!

Jane divides her time between leading the Girls Out Loud movement, creating and delivering personal development products and programmes, speaking her truth and motivating others at conferences and events all over the UK, writing, blogging, vlogging and commentating on the state of the female nation and facilitating personal mentoring and coaching.
